The App may reference or be based on Islamic teachings and methodologies. Such references are for educational purposes and do not constitute endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we strive to base our calculations on authentic Islamic principles, we cannot guarantee that the App's calculations are appropriate for every individual's specific circumstances. Religious obligations may vary based on personal situations, local customs, and scholarly interpretations.
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. All calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional financial or religious advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE ZAKAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Zakat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the respective app store's terms of service. These Terms are in addition to, not in place of, the app store terms.
We may release updates to the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Zakat regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
